We create a people strategy alongside the CEO to build the team, always ensuring compliance with UK law and legislation.

We helped implement the people strategy from contracts of employment, policies and procedures, to recruiting and onboarding the new hires.

We also implemented a cloud based HR system for them to manage holidays, absence and provide a one-stop, safe and secure shop for all company and HR documentation.

Once the new team we in place we remained on hand to support with any HR advice and support, enabling their rapid growth in establishing their UK presence.

Ongoing Support

We continue to support the UK CEO with our ‘Working by your side’ retained service providing ongoing support for their growth.

We regularly work with both the UK CEO and with the Group HR team, based in their HQ overseas, to help them implement the business growth strategy.
